Tell us with the details that help.
If your reality doesn't match what the status page says, that's a problem we want to hear about. Email our team with subject line "Active incident" and include:
- Account name or workspace ID.
- Affected component or feature (e.g. "Mumara ONE sending", "API send endpoint").
- Timestamp and timezone of the failure.
- Error responses, status codes, or screenshots if available.
- Approximate impact (small handful of sends? entire automation? all traffic?).
